At Watsi, giving isn’t complicated. It’s simple—like helping a neighbor, or sharing a smile.
Every month, people around the world choose to give. Families, adventurers, techies, students, couples. Each one becomes part of our Universal Fund, making sure patients can get the care they need, when they need it the most.
What makes it powerful? You don’t have to be wealthy. You just have to care.
Ravi says it best: “Healthcare is the secret to a stable and successful life.” Each month, his gift goes straight to a patient—no middle steps, no delay. “It’s like making an impact on autopilot,” he shared. “If I were in their shoes, I’d get help. But most can’t. With Watsi, I can make a tangible difference.”

Hannah loves the rhythm of it: “The same day every month, you learn about someone you supported.” For her, giving isn’t abstract. It’s a face, a story, a life. “When I donate on Watsi, I feel like I’m part of something larger.”

Andrew and Danya give together. For Andrew, it’s the directness that matters: “Having the chance to do something this direct is so empowering.” For Danya, it’s the reminder that arrives quietly, like a gift in her inbox. “I get hit with a wave of gratitude when the update emails come in,” she said. “It reminds me that what we give is changing someone’s life.”

Sydney brings a traveler’s heart to her giving. She’s even met Watsi’s medical partners in Uganda. Along the way, she’s helped fund care for patients in six countries. For her, it comes down to one belief that you may know from Margaret Mead too: “Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world. Indeed, it’s the only thing that ever has.”

Different voices. Different stories. But together, they remind us that giving is not just generous—it’s joyful.
And it’s something anyone can do. At Watsi, we're for all, and by all.

Because healthcare for all is built by all.
