Watsi is seeking 15 stellar writing volunteers for Summer 2015. Writers take raw data from our medical partners to create narratives for each patient eligible for Watsi funding. Writers may work remotely, and commit to writing 5-10 profiles each week (that’s about 3-6 hours a week).
The best candidates are excellent writers, and have some previous writing experience. Interest and prior experience in healthcare, medicine, and technology (startups in particular) is a plus!
If interested, please send your resume, cover letter, and 1-2 writing samples to: firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line “Summer 2015 Volunteer Writer Application”.
- Applications due Friday, May 8th, 2015
- Volunteer term runs June 15th - September 4th, 2015 (approximate dates)
- Unpaid, but we can work with your college/university to provide credit
- Happy hours, professional development, and networking events will help you grow and connect with other writers, interns, and the Watsi team
