Kalvin is the Lead Software Engineer at Watsi. Before Watsi, he co-founded a few social impact organizations, most recently one to improve government services through software, where he worked on Healthcare.gov, Medicare APIs, and with California’s unemployment department during the pandemic.
He grew up in Silicon Valley and still lives in the Bay, so it makes sense that he would love to figure out if technology can help more people feel like they are enough and have enough, instead of the opposite. He finds joy in parenting, reading, and trying to make life a little fairer than it was.
